Job summary

Wolseley Group in Warwick is recruiting an Estimator for our Support Centre. The role provides estimating support to the sales team and customers, presenting quotations in a professional and timely manner.

You will work closely with the sales team to improve customer service through accurate estimating and quotations, contributing to sales value and margins. Hybrid working is available, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel with VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Experience in plumbing/heating knowledge desirable.
• Able to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an estimating support function for sales and customers.
• Present quotations to customers professionally and promptly.
• Support sales team to deliver excellent customer service through estimates and quotations.
• Assist in growing sales value and margins through quotations and contract support.
