Job summary

Wolseley UK is seeking an Estimator in Warwick to support the sales team with accurate quotations and professional presentations. The role sits in our Support Centre and offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days from home.

You will use Excel (including V-LOOKUP) to prepare estimates, build rapport with customers, and help drive sales value and margins through skilled quotation support.

Qualifications

• Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
• Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Providing an estimating support function for the sales team and customers.
• Presenting the quotation to the customer in a professional and time efficient manner.
• Working with the sales team to provide excellent customer service through means of estimating and quotations.
• Contributing to the growth of sales value and margins of our key customers by means of effective quotation and contract support management.

Responsibilities:

• Providing an estimating support function for the sales team and customers.
• Presenting the quotation to the customer in a professional and time efficient manner.
• Working with the sales team to provide excellent customer service through means of estimating and quotations.
• Contributing to the growth of sales value and margins of our key customers by means of effective quotation and contract support management.

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00AM - 17:00PM. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and max 2 days from home.
