Job summary

Vibe Recruit in Neath is seeking an Estimator for an established manufacturing business. You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and email, understand requirements, and prepare quotations while making straightforward amendments to 2D AutoCAD drawings.

This is a customer-focused role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and comfortable use of CRM. Salary up to £30,000, plus bonus, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and customer communication skills.
• Customer service, internal sales, estimating or sales support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confidence using IT and CRM systems.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• A genuine willingness to learn the product range in depth.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Make amendments to existing 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Build strong customer relationships and help convert enquiries into orders.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's specialist product range.
• Maintain accurate information using the CRM system.
• Work closely with Sales, Production and other internal teams.
