Job summary

Vibe Recruit in Neath is seeking an Estimator for an established manufacturing business. You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and email, understand requirements, and prepare quotations while making straightforward amendments to 2D AutoCAD drawings.

This is a customer-focused role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and comfortable use of CRM. Salary up to £30,000, plus bonus, with training and development opportunities.

Salary: Up to £30,000 Depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

We are recruiting an Estimator to join an established manufacturing business in Neath.

This is a

customer-focused role rather than a design-heavy position. We're looking for someone who is excellent on the telephone, enjoys understanding customer requirements and can recommend the right product solution.

You’ll also need some

2D AutoCAD experience, as you’ll make straightforward amendments to existing drawings when required. You don’t need to be a CAD Designer, the key is being comfortable using CAD alongside strong customer communication skills.
