Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Estimator/AutoCAD Designer for our Neath client. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and produce 2D AutoCAD drawings while building strong relationships with clients.

The role requires experience in estimating and AutoCAD, excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines and multiple enquiries. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and AutoCAD.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident using IT, including Word, Excel, CRM and CAD.
• Customer focused and commercially aware.
• Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple enquiries.
• A team player with an interest in design and the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, web and social media.
• Prepare accurate quotations and 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Follow up quotations and develop customer relationships.
• Understand customer budgets, specifications and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records using ODOO CRM.
• Work closely with production, accounts, marketing and despatch.
• Ensure work meets relevant standards, regulations and customer requirements.
