Job summary

Work Wales in Neath is seeking an experienced Estimator with strong CAD and estimating skills to join our client's team. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations and produce 2D AutoCAD drawings while building solid relationships.

Key duties include handling enquiries by phone, email and web, understanding customer budgets and specifications, and ensuring work meets relevant standards. You will work closely with production, accounts and despatch to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and AutoCAD
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using IT, including Word, Excel, CRM and CAD
• Customer focused and commercially aware
• Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently
• Able to manage deadlines and multiple enquiries
• A team player with an interest in design and the built environment
• Desirable: Experience in manufacturing/product development, construction/built environment or fire safety compliance
