Job summary

Vibe Recruit presents an Estimator role in Neath for a customer-focused individual who enjoys speaking with customers and understanding requirements. You will recommend the right product solutions and have some 2D AutoCAD experience to amend drawings as needed.

The position is permanent, full-time, with salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and ongoing training. You’ll work closely with Sales, Production and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and customer communication skills.
• Customer service, internal sales, estimating or sales support experience.
• Some 2D AutoCAD experience - essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Confidence using IT and CRM systems.

Estimator - Customer & Sales Support

Location: Neath

Salary: Up to £30,000 Depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Permanent | Full Time

We are recruiting an Estimator to join an established manufacturing business in Neath.

This is a customer-focused role rather than a design-heavy position. We're looking for someone who is excellent on the telephone, enjoys understanding customer requirements and can recommend the right product solution.

You’ll also need some 2D AutoCAD experience, as you’ll make straightforward amendments to existing drawings when required. You don’t need to be a CAD Designer, the key is being comfortable using CAD alongside strong customer communication skills.

The role
