Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its drylining subcontracting team in the United Kingdom. You will review tender packages, carry out take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and submit competitive tenders while liaising with clients and suppliers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good understanding of drawings, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating within drylining, ceilings, partitions or related construction sectors.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of labour, material and subcontractor costs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Confident using Excel and estimating software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Estimator - Drylining Subcontractor

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Estimator to join our growing drylining subcontracting business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender packages, preparing accurate estimates and quotations, obtaining material and labour costs, completing take-offs, and submitting competitive tenders.

• Previous estimating experience within drylining, ceilings, partitions or the wider construction industry
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
