Job summary

Kingsley Roofing (Southern) Ltd is seeking an Estimator to manage roofing estimating from enquiry to tender submission. You will analyse enquiries, prepare detailed tenders, and price works competitively, using architectural drawings and estimating software.

You will carry out site surveys and measurements, produce bills of quantities, and work with the wider team to secure projects valued between £50K and £500K. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits.

Job description

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of roofing estimating activities. This includes analysing enquiries, preparing detailed tenders, and pricing works competitively. You will carry out site surveys and measurements, working with architectural drawings and estimating software to produce bills of quantities.

Project values typically range from £50K - £500K. You will manage the process from initial enquiry through to final submission and work collaboratively with the wider team to successfully secure projects. The role is primarily office-based, with site visits as required.
