Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs.
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

The role of the Estimator – Roofing will involve:

• Estimator position promoting a range of commercial/industrial roofing refurbishment projects
• Conduct take-offs to support accurate project assessments
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing
• Assist with obtaining and reviewing subcontractor quotations and supplier costs
• Support contract review meetings with the Contracts Department for secured projects
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, organisation, and quality standards

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Roofing with:

• Must have extensive experience as an Estimator within a pitched or flat roofing
• Ideally have experience working on large scale industrial and commercial projects
• Would be open to a junior who’s looking to get a foot in the door within the flat roofing industry
• Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary
• IT literate
