Job summary

Role Description

The Roofing Estimator role is a full-time, hybrid position, preferably based in Southern England, but not essential as home working will be considered for a supply motivated candidate. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and site information to prepare accurate material and labour estimates for roofing projects. The Roofing Estimator will obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes, prepare detailed tenders and proposals, and update estimates based on design changes or site conditions. The role involves collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to clarify requirements, explain cost breakdowns, and support budget planning. The Roofing Estimator will maintain records of estimates, assist with project scheduling and procurement planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and pricing models.

Qualifications
