Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Building Envelope Estimator for Building Envelope projects including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling and re-cladding. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost estimates while maintaining quality and collaboration with project teams.

The ideal candidate will analyse documents, engage suppliers and submit competitive bids, with strong communication and time-management skills to support cost-saving initiatives and project success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience working for a Building Envelope Sub-Contractor.
• Proven Estimator experience delivering industrial new build projects.
• Familiarity with main contractor operations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication.
• Organisational and time management abilities.
