Job summary

Keyman Personnel seeks an experienced Building Envelope Estimator to join our contracting team in the United Kingdom. You will develop cost estimates for rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, re-cladding and EWI projects, and support tender submissions.

The role requires at least 5 years' experience with Building Envelope Sub-Contractors and a proven track record delivering industrial new builds. You'll collaborate with project teams, engage suppliers, and ensure accurate, timely bids.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with a Building Envelope Sub-Contractor.
• Proven estimator experience delivering industrial new build projects.
• Familiarity with main contractor operations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to prepare bids and tenders.

We require an experienced Estimator that has delivered Building Envelope projects involving the installation of Rainscreen Cladding, Curtain Walling, Re-Cladding, EWI Etc. The successful candidate will be a motivated Building Envelope Estimator that provide cost estimates and maintains quality within the business.
