Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator for a regional main contractor. The role involves producing take-offs and quotations from drawings, reviewing tender documents, and managing client expectations across education, leisure, healthcare, and residential sectors on projects up to £20m.

Office-based position with a competitive salary (£60k-£65k) plus package, car allowance, progression and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Construction or similar experience.
• Conquest estimating experience (Ideally).

Responsibilities

• Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications.

• Manage clients' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress.
• Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records.

Estimator or Senior Estimator required for an oopportunity with a regional main contractor based in Lincoln. Due to a significant increase in enquiries and planned growth, this contractor requires the addition of an experienced Senior or Estimator to work on upcoming tenders. This role will involve working on new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £20m across education, leisure, healthcare, multiroom and residential sectors.

This contactor has over 50 years of trading history, operating succsuly in the construction world and has a great reputation in the region. Due to this continued success and a new work streams, an Estimator is required to bolster to preconstruction team.

The Role

• Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
• Receive, review, and organise tender documentation.
• Manage clients' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
• Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records
• Prepare accurate preliminary costs considering programme, specifications, and operational requirements.
