Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator in Lincoln to join the preconstruction team on education, leisure, healthcare and residential tenders. You will produce take-offs from drawings, price schemes and maintain the estimating pipeline.

You'll review tender docs, manage client expectations, and present progress updates while ensuring accurate costings aligned with programme and specifications. This permanent role offers progression and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Construction or similar experience.
• Conquest estimating experience (Ideally).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Estimator or Senior Estimator required for an opportunity with a regional main contractor based in Lincoln. Due to a significant increase in enquiries and planned growth, this contractor requires the addition of an experienced Senior or Estimator to work on upcoming tenders. This role will involve working on new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £20m across education, leisure, healthcare, multiroom and residential sectors.

This contractor has over 50 years of trading history, operating successfully in the construction world and has a great reputation in the region. Due to this continued success and a new work streams, an Estimator is required to bolster to preconstruction team.

The Role
