Ayrshire College is seeking an Estates Supervisor to provide day-to-day operational Estates support across multiple campuses. The role includes acting as Lead Evacuation Controller/Incident Controller on the campuses and coordinating campus operations.
The postholder will supervise campus-based staff, schedule work weeks ahead, and must hold an HNC level or equivalent, with a driving licence and willingness to travel across regional campuses. FE experience is desirable.

The Estates Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational Estates support to allocated campus buildings including practical problem solving, to ensure ongoing day to day services. They would also assume the role of Lead Evacuation Controller/Incident Controller on their respective campuses.
The postholder has no line management responsibility but will supervise campus based operational staff and coordinate daily and weekly activities. The postholder will also have some responsibility including scheduling of work for weeks ahead.
The Estates Supervisor will be educated to HNC level or equivalent within a subject area relevant to the role or equivalent work experience, with evidence of Continuous Professional Development. They will also need a driving licence or ability to travel as required across regional campuses. The postholder will also have experience of working within an Estates or support service function, preferably in an FE environment, of delivering high quality estate or support service functions, supporting and leading on elements of small projects or events within an organisation and experience of developing innovative and creative solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
