Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an Estates Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of construction, infrastructure and estates projects across the UK. The role involves managing projects from inception through delivery, coordinating teams of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety standards.

You will work within a highly technical environment, overseeing budgets, programmes and risk controls while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering estates, infrastructure or construction projects in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work and project delivery stages.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts.
• Minimum 3 years leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple construction and facilities-related projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
• Create and maintain project programmes, budgets and cost plans.
• Promote and enforce health and safety across all projects.
• Engage external consultants and specialist contractors as needed.
• Oversee governance documentation and change control processes.
• Monitor risks, progress and performance, reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
