Job summary

Vision West Nottinghamshire College is seeking an Estates Project Manager on a fixed-term basis for two years. The role focuses on managing building projects within the college's estates, ensuring delivery within budget and timescales, and maintaining the integrity of the estate.

You will oversee contractors across mechanical, electrical and structural works, while coordinating delivery and quality, and using IT tools including the Microsoft suite.

Qualifications

• Excellent Project Management skills
• IT skills (specifically Microsoft Office) and sound management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work in a team and maintain a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage building projects (mechanical, electrical and structural) across college sites within budget and schedule constraints
• Oversee contractors for minor and major works, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to plans
