Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an Estates Project Manager on a fixed-term contract to lead capital investment and planned maintenance across our property portfolio. You will work with the Estates Manager to plan, procure, deliver and monitor construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring value for money, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, effective contract management, and a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, estates or property management.
• Lead capital projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and compliance.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee construction capital projects and major maintenance schemes.
• Develop briefs, tender docs, and contract requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and value for money.
• Procure and manage consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with CDM and statutory records.
• Provide progress reports on risks, budgets and timelines.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and safety files.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Support future investment and refurbishment planning.
• Uphold health and safety standards.
