Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Services Technician with specialist plumbing expertise to lead complex plumbing diagnoses and repairs across multiple sites in Greater Manchester. • Fully qualified in plumbing services
• Competent in all elements of delivering a multi-skilled service including minor electrical and joinery services

Responsibilities

• Lead complex plumbing diagnoses and repairs across Trust plant and equipment
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications to instruct others
• Lead small works on site and coordinate with estates team
• Support apprentices and T‑level students with on‑the‑job training and shadowing
• Respond to reactive and planned works to maintain service quality
• Advise the Trust on issues or risks with plant and equipment
