Responsibilities

• Lead the management and development of the School's estate.
• Oversee capital projects, maintenance programmes, contractor management, transport operations, and site services.
• Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose; deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Promote safety culture and maintain risk management and business continuity arrangements.
