This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful school as we continue to build on a glowing ISI inspection report and record-breaking examination results. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Estates & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across the School's estates, facilities, health and safety, compliance, governance, and risk management functions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estates, facilities, compliance, or operational leadership and will be committed to delivering excellence across all aspects of school life. As a key member of the School's Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will ensure that the School's estate and operational services support the delivery of an outstanding educational experience.

The Head of Estates & Operations will oversee the operational performance of the School, compliance, business continuity, and risk management arrangements are in place. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to the Head and Governors, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term planning.

The postholder will lead the management and development of the School's estate, overseeing capital projects, maintenance programmes, contractor management, transport operations, and site services. They will ensure that the School's facilities remain safe, compliant, well-presented, and fit for purpose, whilst delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The role will also lead on health and safety across the School, promoting a positive culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining effective arrangements for risk management, business continuity, emergency planning, and crisis response.

In addition, the successful candidate will identify and develop commercial opportunities that maximise the use of the School's facilities and generate additional income for the benefit of the School and wider community.
