Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification or substantial senior-level estates/facilities management experience.
• NEBOSH qualification, or an equivalent recognised health and safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates strategy, compliance, health and safety and assurance across multi-site trust.
• Develop and deliver the estates framework and capital works programmes.
• Manage contractor relationships, procurement and budget control with clear reporting to senior leaders.
