Job summary

The King's (The Cathedral) School is seeking an Estates lead to develop an Estates Strategy and Asset Management Plan, aligning with the DfE Estates Strategy and supporting a changing educational landscape.

You will oversee statutory compliance, health and safety, planned maintenance, site security, procurement, capital projects, energy and sustainability, and budget monitoring while reporting to senior leaders and governing bodies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statutory compliance, health and safety, planned preventative maintenance, site security and delivery of estates services.
• Support estates procurement, contractor performance, capital projects, energy and sustainability, and budget monitoring.
• Lead the Estates Team, set high standards, develop colleagues and collaborate with senior leaders, staff, students, governors and external partners.
