Job summary

PRS LTD is recruiting for a Maintenance Handyperson to join our estates team across two educational facilities in Northumberland. This temporary ongoing role offers around 37 hours per week, with early/late shifts (0600-1400, 10:30-18:30, etc.).

The position is PAYE with holiday pay; start at £13.91 per hour. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repair across the estates, assisting with building and grounds upkeep, site security, basic plumbing and decorating, and supporting health &

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or estates work.
• Good practical and DIY skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across the estates.
• Supporting the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Assisting with site security and opening/closing procedures.
• Undertaking basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and maintenance duties.
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Supporting health and safety compliance across the site.
