Job summary

PRS LTD is recruiting a Fabric Maintenance Operative / Handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on an estate in the Harrogate area. The handyperson will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.

Some flexibility with start and finish times. Handyperson Description: Complete reactive repairs, planned maintenance, basic lighting and plumbing tasks, fabric maintenance duties – joinery, painting, plastering, compliance

Qualifications

• Applicants are expected to have several years prior experience some of which will have been in a similar role and have good customer skills.
• Willing and able to pass security checks.
• It is essential the candidate is self-motivated.
• Experience of fabric maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Basic: circa £30,000
