The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration support to the Health and Safety and wider Hard and Soft facilities Estates and Facilities team. This will include being the first point of contact for general enquiries on behalf of the Estates Facilities Management team.

Your role will involve helping your team to continuously improve the process of statutory and mandatory risk assessments, reports and training statistics to ensure process is maintained and reported in a timely manner and our estates contractors are up to date with their compliance and training.
The estates team is responsible for the provision of staff parking and you will support the travel plan administrator to continuously improve the delivery of this service.
This is pivotal role in our team and you will be expected to work collaboratively delivering effective and efficient customer focused administrative support to all estates senior managers, commensurate with the role.
