Job summary

Pennine Care NHS FT is seeking an Estates Services Site Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across designated site(s), ensuring safety and standards. You will be the frontline contact for staff, visitors and contractors, coordinating estates activities and providing visible leadership on site.

The role involves routine maintenance, site inspections, and working with estates technicians to maintain a high-quality environment for service users and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and estates operations.
• Experience liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Knowledge of NHS estates procedures and HTMs/HBNs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, site inspections and general repairs.
• Maintain a high-quality, safe environment for service users, staff and visitors.
• Carry out daily checks and audits of the environment to identify works required.
• Lead for all site estates-related activities and liaise with contractors.
• Assist with site access for contractors and coordinate with the E&F helpdesk.
