Job summary

The Estates Services Site Lead for Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust at Birch Hill Hospital in Wardle, Rochdale, will take ownership of monitoring standards and day-to-day operations across the site. You will lead on maintenance, liaise with staff and contractors, and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.

This full-time role includes on-call duties, site inspections, and coordinating with estates technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS estates or hospital environment.
• Experience managing contractors and liaising with service providers.
• Experience prioritising tasks and handling own workload.
• Experience with CAFM systems and on-site electrical/mechanical services.
• Experience working in a hospital/mental health NHS Trust.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monitoring standards and day-to-day operations across designated site(s).
• Lead for building users, staff and contractors and ensure a safe environment.
• Perform routine maintenance, site inspections and general repairs.
• Coordinate with estates technicians and on-call team; liaise with helpdesk daily.
