University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Estates leader to manage the day-to-day estates and facilities across all Trust sites. You will oversee building and engineering services, maintenance, governance, and infection control, ensuring patient-centred, safe, high-quality services.

You will work closely with the Associate Director and Chief Engineer to deliver strategic estates projects and align with NHS plans for modernising healthcare delivery.

• Experience leading estates and facilities in a hospital setting.
