Job summary

The Sigma Trust is seeking an outstanding Caretaker/Site Manager to monitor, lead and report on soft FM services across the Trust, ensuring grounds and buildings are maintained to the highest standard. You will oversee contractual agreements and help procure products and services, with oversight of service delivery and reporting to stakeholders.

• Professional Health and Safety Qualification IOSH or above.
• Evidence of leading on joint procurement and achieving value for money.
• Knowledge of statutory inspections and compliance responsibilities for educational/public buildings.
• Experience in premises/ estate management.

Responsibilities

• Steer local site teams in executing the Trust's central estates strategy and oversee day-to-day site supervision.
• Undertake reviews of maintenance contracts including cleaning and grounds maintenance and reporting to key stakeholders.
• Review service documents ensuring remedial works are budgeted for and completed within an appropriate timeframe.
• Be responsible for sites R&M budgets working alongside the local Site Manager.
• Produce and implement an on-going annual maintenance plan across each estate with site liaison.
