The Sigma Trust (Sigma Central) is seeking an Estate Services Manager to lead soft FM services and oversee grounds and buildings across the Trust. You will monitor contractual performance, drive value in procurement, and report to senior leadership on key facilities metrics.
With responsibility for maintenance planning, budget oversight and compliance, you will partner with Site Managers to deliver reliable, safe, and cost-effective estates services across multiple sites.
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 9, Points 29 - 33
Actual Salary from: £41,177 - £45,529
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are seeking an outstanding individual to monitor, lead and report on all elements of soft FM services across the Trust, ensuring all grounds and buildings are maintained to the highest standard. Operational oversight of all contractual agreements across the Trust with a focus on procuring appropriate products / services including contractual monitoring of service and contract delivery. Reporting of key areas of monitoring to key stakeholders.
