Job summary

East Midlands Academy Trust (EMAT) is seeking an Estates Manager for its Central Services in the UK. The role focuses on supporting teaching and learning through effective estates management and contract oversight.

As part of EMAT, you will establish and maintain the estates function, manage contractor quality and compliance, and contribute to the organisation’s strategic facilities plans, while benefiting from the Trust's professional development and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the trusts estates support the delivery of teaching and learning.
• Managing the Estate inline with the School Estates Management Standards (SEMS) and providing evidence as part of returns process.
• Adopting and embedding Good Estates Management for Schools (G.E.M.S).
