Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Premises/Estates management within an educational environment.
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and compliance processes.
• Contractor management and health and safety oversight.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of school buildings, grounds and facilities.
• Developing and implementing PPM schedules and maintenance procedures.
• Overseeing health and safety, statutory inspections and contractor management.
• Managing SEND facilities and an additional satellite site.
• Working with senior leadership to improve estates operations and support growth.
