Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Maidenhead, Berkshire, is seeking a Premises Manager for a growing multi-academy trust. You will take responsibility for day-to-day management of school buildings, grounds and facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant environment for pupils and staff.

The role offers a salary bracket of 44,302 - 48,529 plus a 400 annual on-call allowance, Local Government Pension Scheme, healthcare benefits and free parking, with opportunities to implement new systems and drive estates

Qualifications

• Experience in a school/academy trust environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Proactive and capable of implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of school buildings, grounds and facilities.
• Develop and implement PPM schedules and maintenance procedures.
• Oversee health and safety, statutory inspections and contractor management.
• Manage SEND facilities and support an additional satellite site.
