Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Compliance Assistant within the Estates and Facilities Department to support the compliance team in monitoring Hard and Soft FM and Medical Equipment services across Peterborough and Retained Estates sites.

The role involves walking the floor, inspecting and auditing, analysing performance data, maintaining compliance records, and working with clinical teams, contractors and service providers to ensure services meet regulatory

Responsibilities

• Walk the floor to observe service delivery and liaise with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, service providers, Estates, Infection Control teams and external agencies.
• Monitor audit results, complete audit documentation, identify trends and performance failures in service delivery.
• Travel to Peterborough City Hospital and Stamford Hospital to support compliance activities as required.
• Carry out inspections and audits, analyse performance data and maintain compliance records.
• Work closely with clinical teams, contractors and service providers to ensure services meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to work independently while contributing to service improvement.
