Job summary

Boden Group is seeking an experienced Estates & Facilities Consultant to support a national healthcare estates organisation on an initial three-month contract. The role is predominantly home based with regular travel across the South East and occasional travel to Wales and the Midlands.

You will conduct site audits, support compliance RAMS and policy development, and maintain documentation across maintenance, minor works, capital and RAAC activity.

Qualifications

• Proven estates and facilities auditing experience within healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, CQC, BSEN and statutory requirements.
• Experience preparing or managing RAMS and other compliance documentation.
• Strong record-keeping skills with experience maintaining statutory compliance evidence.
• Ability to analyse compliance data and produce clear management reports.
• Experience with RAAC or capital works compliance would be advantageous.
