Chime Housing is seeking an organised Estates Coordinator to join our Estates Team in Watford. You will manage day-to-day estate operations, handle customer enquiries promptly and work with contractors to keep communities safe, clean and well-maintained.
In this role you will coordinate communications, raise and track actions, maintain records, and support parking management and access systems. A detail-oriented, customer-focused communicator is essential.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Estates Coordinator to join our Estates Team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day management of our estates, ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and estate services are delivered effectively. Working with contractors, partners and colleagues across the business, you'll help maintain safe, clean and well-managed communities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
