Job summary

University of Chichester Academy Trust is seeking an Estates and Capital Projects Manager to support the strategic management of the Trust estate and lead maintenance and capital projects across multiple sites. Reporting to the Premises and Health & Safety Manager, you will coordinate estates initiatives across Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex.

The role requires experience in building surveying, estate management and capital project delivery, with a strong understanding of building

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying and estate management.
• Experience managing building and/or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
