Job summary

South West Essex Community Education Trust is seeking an experienced and proactive Trust Estates Manager to provide strategic leadership across the Trust's estate. This role oversees buildings, grounds, health and safety, contracts and major capital projects to deliver safe, compliant and sustainable environments for pupils and staff.

Reporting to senior leaders, you will lead the Estate Strategy, Asset Management Plan and Sustainability Strategy, manage risks, drive value for money and work

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in estates/facilities management.
• Ability to lead estate strategy and capital projects.
• Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in risk management and value for money.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of estates management across the Trust.
• Lead delivery of Estate, Asset Management and Sustainability strategies.
• Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Provide expert guidance to school leaders and estates team.
• Manage estate-related risks and drive continuous improvement.
