Job summary

South West Essex Community Education Trust is seeking an experienced and proactive Trust Estates Manager to provide strategic leadership across the Trust's estate, ensuring safe, compliant, sustainable and inspiring environments for pupils and staff.

You will oversee all estates management activities, including buildings, grounds, health and safety, contract management and major capital projects, and lead the delivery of the Estate Strategy and Sustainability Plan.
