We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our well-established team based in Sheffield , covering numerous sites across the Yorkshire region . This role will be part of the Estate Services team but will be working within a team of 2 as well as some lone working . In this role you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, such as general needs, housing, and schemes across Rotherham, Sheffield. A company van will be provided to travel to the different sites, along with the tools needed to provide an excellent cleaning service.
