Job Description:

Location: Manchester

Salary: £25,459 - £26,799 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our well-established team based in Manchester, covering numerous sites across the region. This role is part of the Estate Services team but involves working in a team of 2 as well as some lone working. Responsibilities include cleaning communal areas across various sites, with a company van and tools provided for travel and service delivery.

The role of Estate Technician includes:

• Performing general cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Identifying and reporting hazards or faults on site to maintain safety
• Providing updates on work progress
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition and managing stock levels
• Delivering professional and courteous service

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in general cleaning duties
• Practical experience with cleaning machinery
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• A full valid driving license is essential due to travel requirements
