Hollybank Trustees Ltd in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Security Duty Shift Manager to lead the security team and oversee safe, efficient operation of the estate. You will manage daily security operations, respond to incidents and support your team to maintain high standards of security and service.

This role follows a 4 on, 4 off pattern from 19:00 to 07:00, with a permanent/full-time contract. You will supervise security officers, ensure compliance, and use MyTAG and other systems to report on

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a security environment.
• Experience applying emergency preparedness and emergency response procedures.
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Access Control & CCTV systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe and secure estate by identifying risks and protecting people and assets.
• Oversee security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms and evacuations; escalate as needed.
• Manage day-to-day Security Control Room operations and ensure logs are accurate.
• Monitor CCTV, fire and security systems; communicate information promptly to teams.
• Lead security team during shifts; allocate duties, monitor attendance and performance.
• Conduct briefings, safety checks, trainings, audits and ensure standards are followed.
• Prepare timely investigations and reports on incidents, accidents and security issues.
• Act as first point of support for officers and escalate to supervisor/manager when needed.
• Promote professionalism, integrity and customer service; handle queries calmly.
