Job summary

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Manager to lead frontline engagement across our estates. You will oversee four Resident Liaison Officers, manage casework, and champion residents' voices during multi-million-pound refurbishment projects.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, contractors and delivery consultants to keep residents central to the capital delivery programme, resolve access challenges and foster constructive community relations on

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with practical experience within housing, public sector or community engagement.
• Proven experience managing frontline teams, mentoring colleagues and fostering collaboration.
• Experience with project management and data reporting.
• Experience working with diverse and vulnerable communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline resident liaison team and oversee casework.
• Ensure health and safety standards for lone working and engage with managers, contractors and delivery consultants.
• Take lead on complex capital works schemes and oversee major estate projects.
• Build relationships with residents’ associations, develop communication plans and involve residents in consultation.
• Act as escalation point for complaints and monitor project performance, capturing lessons learned.
