Job summary
The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join our Estates Team across Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas on a full-time, permanent basis. You will perform high-quality gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas, acting as the on-site representative and building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering grounds maintenance across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care.
- Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work safely within Health & Safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out gardening and grounds maintenance to high standards.
- Clean internal communal areas as required.
- Represent Guinness on-site and build positive resident relationships.
- Report repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns.
