DJH is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its Estate Planning team in Stoke-on-Trent, with flexibility for Manchester, Liverpool, Chester or Midlands offices. The role involves managing estate administrations, drafting Wills and Trusts, and serving high-net-worth clients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

You will be a qualified or newly qualified solicitor with expertise in Private Client, estate administration, and LPAs, and you should be comfortable with electronic

Qualifications

• Be a qualified or newly qualified solicitor (or possess equivalent qualifications and practical experience)
• Have proven experience within Private Client, with a good understanding of estate administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts
• Be comfortable working with electronic case management systems
• Thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment where learning and development are encouraged
• Enjoy building relationships with high net worth clients and demonstrate strong communication skills in a client-facing role

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for management of estate administrations, attorney and trust files, with guidance from senior colleagues
• Draft high-quality Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation tailored to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, benefiting from shared expertise across the group to deliver a seamless client experience
