DJH is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our Estate Planning team. You’ll handle estate administrations, wills, LPAs and trusts, working with a collaborative group to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified or newly qualified solicitor (or equivalent qualifications).
• Experience in Private Client, including estate administration, wills, LPA and trusts.
• Comfort with electronic case management systems and strong client communication.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for management of estate administrations, attorney and trust files, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Draft high-quality Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documentation for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless client experience.
