Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an Estate Manager on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract to oversee compliance, risk and the customer experience across an RMC portfolio. You will ensure fire and health & safety obligations are met, service charge accounts are accurate, and residents receive a well-managed journey through to handover.
Key duties include managing retender processes, budgeting and KPI reporting, and escalation of issues to the Director of Property Portfolio.
