You will be supporting the Estate Manager to deliver exceptional resident service, first-class building standards and seamless day-to-day operations including managing a team of circa 8 members of staff. Most days you’ll be on the ground: coordinating contractors, conducting H&S and compliance checks, solving resident queries and making sure the estate looks and performs at its best.
